Are there any annual charges for support and upgrades / updates?

No. ERP users need continuous support for lifetime hence we don’t charge additionally for support. And since its Cloud technology, the updates and upgrades happen automatically whenever there are technical changes and ensures you are UP with latest version the time you login. Certainly there are not additional charges for this as well. You will be just paying annual subscription charges each year and rest we will take care.
